Join Bethanne Wanamaker (Holistic Nutrition Educator, Conscious Lifestyle Expert, Motivational Health Speaker, and Founder of Edible Goddess) and Amber Zuckswert (Pilates & Yoga Master, Physical Fitness Expert, Professional Dancer, and Founder of EpicSelf.com) for a day workshop that will show you how to accelerate a positive self-transformation!

You?ll enjoy a 2 hour superfood nutrition education class & demonstration focused on detoxifying your body temple and lightening up with revitalizing raw foods, nutrient-rich superfoods, herbal tonics & beauty elixirs AND a 2 hour body-slimming Pilates and yoga class. Come ready to challenge yourself with a whole body workout designed to develop core strength & promote a long, lean appearance! All fitness levels welcome.

The Day Workshops are a condensed version of our highly-acclaimed Superfood Detox & Pilates/Yoga Weekend Retreats and ideal for health-conscious women & men who are dedicated to learning how to become the absolute best & healthiest expression of themselves in a super fun, social, and supportive environment.
